Officer accused of theft due in court

HOUSTON Anthony Foster is charged with theft by a public servant. Investigators say he would steal from drivers he pulled over during traffic stops.

Foster was arrested during an undercover sting operation last week. Foster is off the streets pending an internal affairs investigation.
