Doctor accused of molestation out of jail

HOUSTON Dr. Bernard Albina posted bond hours after he appeared in court yesterday. A judge told Dr. Albina about several restrictions. He is required to:

Wear an electronic GPS monitoring device

Have no contact with children under 17 years old

Not use a computer or the Internet

Cannot leave Harris County

Surrender his passport.

Police say Dr. Albina is accused of molesting at least four boys, some of whom were allegedly his patients. Two of them are now adults.
