Inmate in Sugar Land charged in old murder

SUGAR LAND, TX A tip given to police in Louisiana led investigators to Michael Winfrey, 34. He's currently behind bars in a state prison in Sugar Land, on aggravated assault and sexual assault convictions and was due to be released next July.

Winfrey is now charged with capital murder in Brown's death.
