Four men convicted on drug charges

McALLEN, TX The U.S. attorney's office said Wednesday that 44-year-old Mariano Alvarez, of Rio Grande City and 48-year-old Eden Flores Sr., were convicted late Tuesday in Houston. Also, brothers 45-year-old Guadalupe Hernandez and 43-year-old Abrham Hernandez, of Mission, were convicted.

It was the second trial of the case. The original trial ended last year in a mistrial in McAllen.
