July 14, 2009 4:00:33 PM PDT
Continental Airlines is giving travelers more options for watching TV while in flight. Continental has installed a new DirecTV service that gives flyers 77 channels of live television programming. The service has been added to 15 aircraft so far, but will be installed in hundreds of planes over the next year.

The service is free for first-class customers, but will cost economy-class customers $6 per flight.
