Commissioner Eversole to pay back money

HOUSTON Eversole has also agreed to pay more than $41,000 of his own money to his campaign amidst evidence he violated Texas election laws.

That $41,000 includes almost $10,000 spent on a Florida vacation. The ethics commission report claims Eversole donated items to charity after 13 Undercover exposed his campaign corruption.
