Suspect arrested in murder of HFD captain's daughter

HOUSTON Selestino Torres, 23, was taken to jail overnight. Investigators think that Torres shot and killed his ex-girlfriend, Michelle Lira, 23, last Monday. Her mother,

Mona, was also shot during the ordeal but survived.

Last week, Senior Captain Larry Lira with the HFD made an emotional plea for Torres to turn himself in.
