Suspect arrested in Popeye's murder

HOUSTON Edward Virappen, 19, was shot and killed during a robbery at the restaurant in northwest Harris County last April. An unidentified tipster led police to George Curry, Jr., as a possible suspect.

Police say an eyewitness identified Curry from a photo lineup, and he was arrested Thursday night at his home. Police say Curry is a former Popeye's employee.
