Man grazed by bullet while getting out of car

HOUSTON Sheriff's deputies say the man went to the Woodbridge Crossing Apartments on Empanada near Highway 6 to pick up a video game. As he stepped out of his car, another vehicle pulled up to him and someone inside opened fire.

One bullet grazed the victim's nose. He's in serious condition but is expected to be okay.

The suspects got away.
