Another 'No Refusal' weekend for 4th

HOUSTON The No Refusal program led to 110 DWIs last weekend in targeted hot spots. Thirty-five suspects refused voluntary breath tests and had no refusal warrants issued for blood samples to determine blood alcohol levels.

Harris County prosecutors will hold a No Refusal weekend from 10pm to 6am this Friday and Saturday, July 3 and 4.
