Lightning sparks house fire in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, TX It happened late last night. Firefighters found a small fire inside one of the walls in the kitchen. The homeowner says he had just arrived home when the lightning hit.

Firefighters had to tear down a wall to reach the fire and then quickly put it out. The bolt burned some wires and broke a water pipe in the home. No one was hurt.
