Local soldier killed in Kuwait

MANVEL, TX The Department of Defense reports Specialist Joshua Hazlewood died in Kuwait Thursday from injuries he suffered in a non-combat incident. The 22-year-old was assigned to the 614th Automated Cargo Documentation Detachment.

The military is investigating the circumstances of his death.
