Three teens die in moped crash

Arkansas police say three 16-year-olds riding the same moped in Little Rock were killed when they ran a stop sign and hit a truck. State police said the victims of Thursday's crash were Timothy Torrence, Lamont James and Travis James. All three were from Little Rock.

Lt. Terry Hastings, a spokesman for Little Rock police, says the teens were just out riding around in the neighborhood. Having so many people on a single moped is illegal.

The 35-year-old driver of the truck and two child passengers -- ages 11 and 1 -- were injured. Police say all those in the truck were wearing seat belts.
