Baytown officer goes before judge today

BAYTOWN, TX Jon Fitzgerald is accused of using excessive force while arresting a motorist last November. An internal affairs investigation into the arrest of Ryan Sanders led to the misdemeanor charges. The victim is a 24-year-old maintenance worker.

Fitzgerald has been suspended without pay because of the allegations.
