Argument over lease ends with fatal shooting

HOUSTON Police say a group of people gathered at the front entrance of a property off Van Zandt at Homestead last night when a man got into an argument with the landlord about his lease. Several people became involved in the fight.

Someone pulled a gun and started firing, killing one man.

A suspect was arrested and while he was in the police car, he began having medical problems and was taken to the hospital.
