Senate to vote on FEMA reimbursement

HOUSTON The Senate Wednesday could take up a $106 billion war funding bill, passed by the House Tuesday. The bill includes money that would provide 100% reimbursement for the removal of debris from Galveston and other Ike-damaged communities from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

The plan is similar to a deal Congress gave Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina.
