Suspect captured after firing at deputy

HOUSTON The violence erupted this morning in the North Glen subdivision in northwest Harris County. Deputies were responding to a 'shots fired' call. When they confronted the suspect, the man reportedly shot at a deputy who suffered a wound near one of his eyes. Investigators say a buck-shot pellet just grazed the officer and he is expected to be OK.

The suspect ran off, but was found a short time later in a creek.
