Retrial begins after juror mix-up

HOUSTON Prosecutors say /*Charles Mapps*/ killed his girlfriend in a planned murder suicide in 2007 but backed out of killing himself. A Harris County jury found Mapps guilty of murder in February but a judge declared a mistrial when an alternate juror joined the 12 jurors for deliberations.
