"Roughly about 7:30am to 7:45am and that person was still there when our witness left the store roughly before 8am and he could not tell us where that individual went," said Officer Dan Arnold with HPD Homicide. "So if he was there when that incident occurred, we'd like to talk to him and see if he could help us with this case."
Police ask anyone who recognizes the person of interest to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
