Fire breaks out near 'Flower Row'

HOUSTON They found flames in the back of an empty retail store building near Rosedale. They quickly managed to put out the flames. One of the flower row merchants across the street told investigators a homeless man may have accidentally set the fire.

Arson is investigating.
