Schools locked down during suspect search

Students at two Houston area schools were kept under lockdown during a search for robbery suspects.According to school officials, the Harris County Sheriff's office advised Aldine ISD to lockdown both Magril Elementary and Teague Middle School due to criminal activity in the area. They were reportedly pursuing some robbery suspects. Those suspects have been arrested, and the lockdown has been lifted.

Both schools are in summer sessions and students are on campus. The schools are located at Rayford Road at FM1960.
