June 5, 2009 11:51:14 AM PDT
Crime Stoppers and police need your help to find the person who assaulted and then ran over and killed a woman earlier this year. Back on the evening of March 15, Lucy Sanchez Garcia was a passenger in a green Isuzu Rodeo. That vehicle pulled over the in parking lot of an apartment complex in the 5900 block of Glenmont.

The driver got out of the car, pulled Garcia out and began to assault her. He then got back in the car and drove over her two to three times. Garcia died from her injuries.

The suspect was approached by several people, but was able to get away.

The only description police have of the suspect is that he's a Hispanic male.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for any information called in to the 713-222-8477 tips hotline or submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org that leads to the identification, arrest and/or charging of the suspect in this case. All tipsters remain anonymous.
