One dead after car slams into dump truck

HOUSTON Investigators said the 22-year-old woman pulled out of a neighborhood onto Westpark and in front of an oncoming dump truck. The truck slammed into her car, killing her instantly.

At this point in the investigation, no charges have been filed.
