Arrest made in connection with school fire

HOUSTON Surveillance video showed three young men outside Weber Elementary. Investigators say they tried to get into the building and when they couldn't, they threw a Molotov cocktail. The fire caused several thousands of dollars worth of damage.

On Tuesday night James Thomas was arrested and charged with arson and carrying a prohibited weapon.
