Murder suspect caught after 12 years

SAN DIEGO, CA Agents arrested Juan Castelan Michaca, 44, Thursday night at a border checkpoint in Otay Mesa, California. The feds ran Michaca's documents and learned he had an outstanding felony warrant from Harris County.

He sits in the San Diego central jail awaiting extradition.
