Chase suspect appears in court

HOUSTON Troy Neff appeared in court and was charged with felony evading and assault. On Tuesday, Neff led Houston police on a chase though north Houston, all while his hood was flipped up in front of the windshield.

Cops say he almost hit two officers before they finally stopped and arrested him.
