Shot driver crashes into house

TEXAS CITY, TX It happened early Sunday morning on Bluejay at Vauthier. Police suspect the victim was shot while in his car, just before he smashed into three parked vehicles and the home.

Paramedics showed up and rushed the victim to a hospital. His condition is unknown.

Captain B. Goetschius with the Texas City Police Department said, "We arrived over here and found a vehicle lodged up against the building over here. It actually appeared to have pushed over a pole."

There's no word on any injuries inside the home. Police are looking for witnesses.
