Police say two drivers slammed into a patrol car that was parked at an accident scene. The second crash caused the patrol car to run over the officer and pin him. He was taken to Ben Taub Hospital. The victim has been identified as Officer Lloyd Morrison.
Police arrested and charged the two drivers.
