His name is Charles Sapp. He went to Lamar High School and says he played a little running back in college and he has what it takes to make it in the NFL.
On Monday, he showed up at 4:30am holding a sign hoping to get noticed.
"I love the game of football. I would be playing for dinner. A lot of the guys playing on the team are playing for desert and you can tell in their performance," said Sapp.
