The accident happened late last night on Almeda-Genoa near Randolph. A car slammed into a truck after the truck crossed in front of it. The driver of the truck took off.
The driver of the car and a 15-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital. Authorities say the passenger may not survive. The driver had serious but not life-threatening injuries.
