The motorcyclist attempted to turn left into a shopping center parking lot on Fry Road near Young Lake. Police say he turned in front of a car and the car could not stop in time, striking the bike.
Neither one of the two people on the motorcycle was wearing a helmet. They were both taken by Life Flight to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities are not sure if the female will survive or not.
The driver of the car was not injured.
