Police believe the suspect pulled up in a white Ford pickup truck, grabbed the child and drove off. Investigators don't believe the suspect has any connection to the child.
Lesley is about 3 1/2 feet tall, with brown eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing green shorts with a green striped shirt. She also has a small scar on the right eyebrow.
