SEC: Stanford dropped $250K in Vegas casino

According to court documents, Stanford wrote more than $250,000 in checks to the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas just two days after a judge ordered his money be frozen.

Stanford is trying to convince a judge to free up $10 million of his assets so he can pay for a defense team in his fraud case.
