Dangerous intersection shut down

Eyewitness News reported that nearby business owners have been asking for stoplights since October, after witnessing a series of accidents at the intersection. The Texas Department of Transportation says it had ordered the lights and poles, which should arrive in June.

Officials decided to shut down the intersection until the lights are installed.
