Police say Jenkins was drunk Saturday when he drove a car full of people into a rain swollen waterway in north Harris County. Five children drowned, including three of Jenkins' children. Jenkins remains jailed on $500,000 bond.
Late Wednesday, the body of Hallie Jenkins, 4, was positively identified. Her body was the fifth and final body found from that tragic accident.
The Harris County medical examiner has also confirmed a sixth drowning victim during Saturday's heavy storms. The body of 47-year-old Jose Moreno was found in drainage ditch Sunday morning near Newton and the South Beltway.
