The 19-year-old girl was riding on the back of a motorcycle down Calhoun when the driver missed a sharp turn in the road.
He laid the bike down and the teenager hit her head. Neither of them was wearing helmets.
Both riders were injured. The young woman is on life support and the man is listed as stable.
