Older man robs Houston bank

An older man robbed an Amegy Bank at 711 Louisiana in Houston. The FBI is referring to him as the "Granddad bandit" because of his appearance.[SIGN UP: Get headlines and breaking news sent to you]

Around 4:50pm Friday, the man entered the bank and handed a note to a teller demanding money. The robber concealed his hand in a bank bag, and fearing he had a gun, the teller gave him some cash.

The man is described as white, in his 50s, 5'8", 190 pounds. His hair was balding on top and a light color on the sides. He was wearing a black button down shirt and blue jeans.
