Armed robber caught on cell phone camera

HOUSTON Around 9:30pm on Sunday, March 29, two males entered the Discoteca Tropical Music Store located at 3836 Aldine Mail Route. The clerk became nervous because one of the men stayed by the door while the other approached him and asked him questions about a CD.

The clerk began recording with his cell phone when the man was asking questions. That man produced a large kitchen knife and demanded cash from the victim. The armed man held the victim on the floor and injured his neck during the process. Both suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Both suspects are described as Hispanic males. The armed suspect is between 25 to 30 years old. He was wearing glasses, a white and orange striped shirt with jeans and a gray zip up sweater. There is no description of the second suspect.
