It was around 10pm that the bodies of the 25-year-old woman and 29-year-old man were found at the apartment on Greens Crossing and West Road that they once shared.
The family of Rosa Timmon had growing concerns after not hearing from her for quite some time. They realized something was wrong when they arrived to the complex and saw her car still parked in front of the apartment.
The sheriff's department was contacted to go check on her welfare. When they entered the apartment, they discovered her body, along with the body of her boyfriend, Victor Azura.
Investigators say they were able to determine that she had asked him to move out at some point in time yesterday and that he returned to the apartment and opened fire on her before shooting himself.
They are still trying to determine any other motive in this tragic shooting.
