Lone juror seated in Fratta retrial

Robert Fratta is charged with capital murder. He was convicted in 1996 for hiring two men to murder his wife, Farah. However, his conviction was reversed after confessions from Fratta's two alleged co-conspirators were ruled inadmissible.

Jury selection is expected to last several days with testimony beginning in May.
