Capital murder charge filed in DeJesus case

We have learned a capital murder charge has been filed against Nicholas Michael Jean. He and an alleged accomplice, Wallace Ledet, were already being held on kidnapping charges.

Authorities say /*DeJesus*/ was kidnapped outside her job at a shopping center in the Pearland area more than a month ago. Her body was found inside a trailer near Reliant Stadium.
