The suspect struck four convenience stores on the city's westside on December 4, 2008. When he entered the Valero Gas Station at 11101 Briar Forest Drive he pointed a gun at the store clerks and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk complied and put the money in a beige pillowcase the suspect was carrying. The suspect then fled southbound on foot.

In addition, on November 30, 2008, he robbed a Valero Gas Station at 7230 Long Point.
The suspect is described only as a Hispanic male in his mid 20s, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has a stocky build and short hair. In all five robberies he was seen wearing shorts and a black jacket with a hood.
