According to police, two men were fighting in the parking lot of the Summercrest apartments on Hollister near Pitner. At first, they were just yelling and then a fist fight broke out. One man pulled a gun and shot the other at least two times.
The gunshot victim died. Police have not identified him. The suspect left the scene, and police do not have him in custody.
