Man falls to death off freeway

Investigators say the victim's son's car was disabled after a crash on the West Loop and Katy Freeway early Sunday morning. The father came out to help but couldn't get to the accident scene. So he stopped, got out and jumped over a barricade.

There was a space in between the ramps and the father fell to the ground below. He died at the scene.
