At 12:30am, the car was speeding north on Hardy Road at E. Richey while a cement truck was pulling out of a business.
The driver in the car hit the brakes but couldn't stop quick enough and crashed into the truck. A person in the back seat of the car wasn't wearing a seat belt and died.
A person in the front seat was taken by Life Flight to the hospital. Another passenger in the car and the driver went to the hospital in an ambulance. The truck driver wasn't hurt.
