The Los Angeles Times reports Dylan has a portable toilet on his property that sends out a noxious odor. One family says they've gotten sick from the smell and they can't sleep in their bedrooms on warm nights. They say Dylan has ignored their please to get rid of the outhouse for six months.
They've even installed industrial fans to blow the smell back at Dylan, but it's no match for the wind off the ocean. Dylan's representatives did not respond to calls for comment, and Dylan himself is on tour in Europe.
Malibu officials are investigating and are unable to discuss the issue.
