Texas A&M student dies on spring break

Justin Richard Delval, 21, was found dead on the ground outside a condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. Police say Delval had been drinking heavily during the day yesterday and met friends at the condo. An autopsy was performed, but the cause of death cannot be determined pending toxicology results.

Police do not suspect foul play.
