Officer hurt in wreck near downtown

Two officers were heading down Main near Alabama with their lights flashing. A car coming through the intersection could not stop in time and ran into the back of the squad car.

One officer in the passenger seat went to the hospital to be checked out. The second officer and the other driver were not hurt.
