Police tried to pull over the SUV around midnight because they suspected the driver was trying to buy drugs. The SUV took off and got onto railroad tracks on Goliad near Summer north of downtown Houston.
The SUV got stuck and the driver fled on foot. Police eventually found him and arrested him. The vehicle was pulled off the tracks before any trains came though.
