Police say two of the women were in their teens and one was about 30.
Sgt. Randy Allessio say the man, 41-year-old Jared F. Allen of Milton Freewater, Ore., escaped out a window and yelled for help. Allen was in serious condition Thursday in a Seattle hospital with burns on the upper part of his body.
The fire broke out just before 11 p.m. Wednesday in the motor home. Police and firefighters are investigating the cause.
Allessio says the heat was intense inside the 1970s vintage vehicle, about 26 feet long. It was parked next to the owner's home on a wooded lot in the city.
